Overall easy and good experience. Customer service was good for the most part but the in app messaging with a puppy manager wasn’t the most helpful. It was easier to get details and answers if called. We were skeptical at a point since we didn’t hear from a puppy manager for over a week and half. Finally called to get some better information. Aside from that, our golden retriever came safe and healthy.
